So, I opened an account on UNISWAP. But, in order to trade, I needed ETH on MetaMask, I then processed a transfer through the “Wyre Team” and then used my Etherium to purchase 2 Tokens. Where do I go for balance updates? I’m LOST!

Which Tokens did you buy? Let us say you swapped ERC20 Token WIMT. In your metamask account. You go to assets and add custom token, add the token contract address which in this example is WIMT contract address. You will find the contract address of the Token at etherscan.io.
Under assets you will see all your tokens with their balances.
